Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design
AIM: To create a coin holder plastic component with the help of given class A surface.
OBJECTIVE:
- To create a tooling axis for the given class A surface and perform draft analysis.
- To create a class B surface from the given class A surface.
- To create a class C surface.
- To create a part model from the surface model and to perform corresponding draft analysis.
CLASS A SURFACE
Class A surface is a styling surface from which all other surface are produced. A draft analysis is performed on the given class A surface as shown in figure 3. It is shown clearly that draft provided on certain faces are not sufficient, since it is a class A surface team repsonsible for that should be made aware. For the current project purpose work is done on the given surface.

CLASS B SURFACE
Class B surface is the engineering surface on which engineering features are created.

CLASS C SURFACE
Class C surface connects class A and B surfaces.

CONCLUSION
A coin holder plastic component is created with the help of class C surface and draft analysis on both class A surface and final part is performed, whic shows that the minimum draft required is not provided in the component.
