Switch Bezel Design

AIM:-

To Create the Switch Bezel Plastic component through the given Class-A surface.

OBJECTIVE:-

To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.

IMAGES:-

When there is 2 degree draft angle and 2nd sketch has a deviation of 3 degree angle.

When there is 2.9 degree of draft angle.

When the 2nd sketch has an angle of 6 degree and the draft angle is 2 degree.

For the Class A surface, Draft Analysis is when draft angle is 2 degree
