Week 8 - Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design

NOTE: The STP file provided has an extra boundary itslef. Due to which, I am unable to produce a closed body.

As it is already too late to submeet, i am submeeting this challange INCOMPLETE.

but i will get solution definately.

REPORT:

Tooling Axis:

For this challenge, Bisectiong method is used to create a Tooling axis.

Intersection of surface A with XZ and YZ planes , to get lines in X and Y diresctions as tooling directions are obtained.

then by bisecting these two, final tooling axis is created.

Draft ANalysis-

For A surface, DA perfomed. all surfaces were within acceptable limits.

Hence, surfcae A was ready to design.

after complete part, agaong DA performed, all surfaces are Ok.
