DRAFT ANALYSIS
Drafts were analyzed in YZ, ZX planes and a tooling axis was created by bisecting the tooling axes in each plane.
In YZ plane an intersection was first made and then two lines were extended from 2 doubtful surfaces. Then the tooling axis of that plane was obtained by bisecting later two lines.
In ZX plane there was only one surface that was doubtful after intersection. So a tooling axis was directly obtained by drawing a line with an inclination of 4 degree with respect to the later surface
Finally the two tooling axes obtained where bisected to get the final tooling axis
RESULT
A tooling axis is obtained that satisfies the minimum inclination(3 deg) with all surfaces. - Different views of solid subjected to draft analysis
