DRAFT ANALYSIS
The draft analysis was conducted on the given CAD substance. The tooling axis had adequate draft angles on all the surfaces around it. Methods like the bisecting method have been implemented for this purpose. Finally, we produced a product that consists of class A surface, class B surface and class C surface.
At first, we produced an intersection of the class A surface on a plane parallel to yz plane and having the dummy axis that we took (z-axis). We then examined 2 surfaces to find the tooling axis.
2 lines are extended from the surfaces and found the tooling axis by the bisecting method. We then checked for draft analysis with respect to the tooling axis we got. we had found that the whole angles satisfies the minimum draft. Hence our draft analysis is completed and it is provided with positive results.
