Week 8 - Challenge 2 - Base Bracket Design
AIM: To create a base bracket plastic component using the class A surface provided.
OBJECTIVE:
- To perform a draft analysis on given class A surface.
- To create a B surface.
- To create a C surface.
- To create a plastic model.
DRAFT ANALYSIS
Draft analysis is performed to ensure the proper ejection of the component from the mold.
An intersecting profile of class A surface and ZX plane is created. A bisecting line is created between two surfaces of concern.

CLASS B SURFACE
Class B surface is an engineering surface which consists of features like rib, boss etc,. Class B surface is created using untrim and offset options.

CLASS C SURFACE
Class C surface is the joining surface between class A and B surface. Class C surface is created using the sweep command in tooling direction.
