Week 7 Challenge

The part which was created in the above challenge is now opened in assembly file, now we need to open the cavity part and change its transparency and we need to sketch in order to create the sliders. 

a solid slider body is formed which needs to be fitted in the cavity block 

the slider is cut extruded so that it may fit exact to the cavity. 

the slider path is then created using the extrude cut option up to the surface 

then the final slider is placed on to the cavity and extra material is removed from the cavity. 

in order to create washers for the slider to move which is created in the core part for the boards we use M6*1.2 tapped hole 

now we need to create locking mechanism in order to the slider to get locked 

the final assembly of the door bezel with core and cavity
