Solution.:

Aim: To draw the load path and identify the Axial force type in different type of bracing system below to resist horizontal shear & gravity load. Also state the type of bracing system

Procedure:

First Bracing System:

Load Path: Load Transfer is happening through Beams and Bracings.

Second Bracing System:

Load Path: Load Transfer is happening through and Bracings.

Third Bracing System:

Load Path: Load Transfer is happening through and Bracings.

Fourth Bracing System:

Load Path: Load Transfer is happening through and Bracings.

Fifth Bracing System:

Bracing System: Single Diagonal

Load Path: Load Transfer is happening through columns only.

Sixth Bracing System:

Bracing System: Single Diagonal

Load Path: Load Transfer is happening through Beams, Columns and Bracings.

Seventh Bracing System:

Bracing System: X Brace

Load Path: Load Transfer is happening through Beams, Columns and Bracings.

Eighth Bracing System:

Bracing System: Chevron System

Load Path: Load Transfer is happening through Coulmns.

Result: Types of Braccing System, type of axial loading in members and loading path is succesfully shown in the figure.
