Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

Objective:Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly.

Theory:

This is the incial degine.

delete all the nonconnected surface.

Then hide all major pids ,To delete all the unnessury ring like structures.

After delete all the unnecessary ring like structure some single cone arise.

Clear all the error of all side ,then close all the open face.

Complete the engine clear all the geometrical error error of the trassmition

clear all the geometrical error of the gear box.

then attach three other elements by useing

file>>merge>>select the file>> then check there is any error or not , Error must zero.

then attach the gear box in that way.

Compress the PID 1513 to 79 PID

Now do the surface warp

mash>>element>>warp>>

then click constant warp octree empty

click on parameter and set mash length and name Warp.

Click on the contents select 79 PID and click on right arrow.

then cleck on the run.

conclusion:

Then complete the surface wrap.
