1A)in molding machine arrangment is given to open the mold along a direction which is knwon as tooling

direction . tooling direction is known as primary direction.

2A) we have take 1o degree draft analyasis .the line will take tthe -12 degres.

3A)a parting line.in industrial casting of molds is the border line in which draft angles change direction one

can check the parting line in the mold or product which divideds the two half the core and cavity of a molded

part it is some times a starting point for the mold part surface.

6A) same thing also fist we take the classA and offset it 2.5 after it extract boundary it after the use the blend it after below take the extract and sweep it and trim it also.
