Week - 4

1) Washing machine by using stateflow.

Block and logic by using stateflow option:

Block used:

constant- to give a signal to machine start/stop (1/0) water and power supply after pressing buttons.

buttons- to actually on/off water and power supply.

Chart- in which logic is declared in state block.

display- to display operation is on/off.

lamp- to get clear idea on operation working.

Logic is applied as per:

If the power supply is available, the system gets activated

If the Water supply is not available, stop the process & indicate through LED

Soaking time should be 200s followed by Washing time of 100s.

Then rinsing happens for next 20s & dryer runs for 50s

2) Gearbox using stateflow.

Gearbox block and logic using stateflow option:

Block used:

Constant

Slider gain- to give variable speed to gearbox as an accelerator.

Chart- in which logic is declared in state block.

display- to display which gear is in operation.

Logic is applied as per:

Speed Range(kmph) Gear

0 to 15 1

16 to 25 2

26 to 40 3

41 to 60 4

Above 61 5

Also in reverse/decreasing speed gear will shift in reverse order.
