Use ADVISOR tool and simulate the following
1. For EV_defaults_in file, if cargo mass is 500 kg with all other default conditions, can the vehicle travel for 45 km with FTP drive cycle? Conclude your observations.
2. In the above case, try changing the battery capacity and repeat the simulation.
3. Perform gradeability test with PRIUS_Jpn_defaults_in file
Compare your results in table and conclude.
ADVISOR:

so here question as given make change mass=500kg and remain parameters are kept of same
Then next click on continue so that drive page will open
>Now by clicking continue and selected of FTP based cycle and run it
>we can see that percentage and speed and overall performance avg speed and total speed

>So here the distance is matching up to miles as 11km and we are required to 45km as per given condition so that I increase the 4 drive cycle and is capacity to reach of only 3.2miles distance
>IF I increase the up to 4 drive cycle so that it will reach up to 25kmph because of the battery cell charge capacity is that of limit so that it will end of 25kmph miles and crossed that it will be showing waring message
>So if I was increases the models and remain parameters changes so that we adapt up to 45kmph
2. In the above case, try changing the battery capacity and repeat the simulation.
>As per I changed the battery capacity 25 to 45 and driver cycle =3 so that 1drive cycle is taking as 17.2km capacity
>So that drive cycle = 3 and number of module=45 so that the distance is crossed of 53.6km as per required the condition
3. Perform gradeability test with PRIUS_Jpn_defaults_in file
Compare your results in table and conclude.
Now I am changing toyota prius model
Now next clicking continue and selecting the option grade so that which of includes both fuel and energy storage system and now I am giving different parameters changes and final result observation
>By changing speed value and next run and then see the percentage of gredeability 2.5%
So as per increasing the as incremental value 5-30 and changing of speed by that the gradeability also changing with that speed range
