Week 14 challenge

              

NX11 student edition softeare is used for creation of  2D drawing and part file ,in this software the creation of feature control frame is not possible so the 2d drawing is developed without using feature control frame inside the model.the drawing with feature control frame is given below.

 

REPORT

initially a sketch of the body is created with the help of given dimesions in the challenge box and the solid body is formed by using the extrude command and parts of the body is removed by using the substrate option in extrude command.after the body is created 2D drawings of the body is formed using drafting and the various gd&t values are given to the parts using various tools given inside.
