Week 14 challenge

OBJECTIVE

Assemble all the parts of Butterfly valve and apply GD&T symbol to the Butterfly Valve

PROCESS

1- First attach the Disc with the Shaft with proper alignment

2- Assemble the 1st joining with the valve body

3- Assemble the Retainer on the top of the Valve body

4- Assemble the Lever on the top of the Retainer and align it with the Shaft

5- Assemble the Nut on the top of the Shaft

6- Assemble Screw to all the Holes

7- Apply GD&T symbol to the part
