Assemble the butterfly valve

Objective :- Assemble the all components of butterfly valve and apply GD&T to its draft sheet.

Assembly process :-

First create a assembly file. Then insert main body using 'add component' command. Do fix the body when adding to assembly file.

Then add shaft and disc. give aling constrain to disc with shaft for two holes and give touch constrain of two adjusent surface of disc and shaft. then aling two screw with proper place.

Then move hole shaft assembly with disc and screw to proper place of valve body and give proper constrain.

Now add strainer and place that with proper constrain with shaft and body. Attach three screw in proper place.

now place shaft handle and give align constrain with shaft and touch constrain with strainer.

Now at the end add top nut and give constrain.

Conclusion -

In this project we have learned how to implement GD&T in ahole product design process. From part design top assembly, how much GD&T is importent, we have realized that.
