Week 12- Final project

In this Final Project the given Reference surfaces are made into a Closed Surface and then they are converted into a Solid Body. Then using the Master Sections the Pins and Locators are created for the assembly of the Solid Part. Then the Dog House is created for the Push pin to locate in our Final Product.

Now the work starts from making the Surface for the reference surfaces. First each and every surfaces are opened in a separate windows. Then they were named the reference Surface as Class A and the Class C Surface is created by Offseting above the Class A with 2.5mm. Then the Class B surface is created to Join the Class A and C Surface to form a Class A+B+C Surface which is a Closed Surface. With the Closed Surface the Solid Part where make in the Part WorkBench(with Close Surface Option).

Then with the given Master Section the Pins and Locators are made to combine the other parts during Assembly.
