Aim : To create a BOM and Hardware list (BOP) for the complete fixture assembly from challenge 8.

Theory : 

Bill of materials :

A bill of materials is a comprehensive inventory of raw materials, assemblies, subassemblies, parts and components as well as quantities of each, needed to manufacture a product.

Bill of parts : 

A bill of parts is a list which contains all the required hardware and parts which are to be bought from a supplier.

 

BILL OF MATERIALS FOR THE DESIGNED FIXTURE ASSEMBLY : 

 

 

 

BILL OF PARTS FOR THE DESIGNED FIXTURE ASSEMBLY: 

 

CONCLUSION : 

BOM and BOP for the fixture assembly is created.
