1. Title of the project : Bracket Design
2. Objective : To create bracket from given 2D drawing.
3. Introduction : To begin with first the sheet metal preferences are set and then the design steps are performed succeedingly.
4. Description :
1. Draw a sketch of a suitable profile and go to counter flange command to give desired width.
2. Draw a sketch of required profile needed to be cut and with the help of normal cutout command cutout the material.
3. Using break corner command provide fillet of required radius to the sheet metal edges wherever required as per the specification.
4. Sketch a bead line required for applying bead command.
5. Unbend the sheet metal and select bead command to create a bead on the sketched curve.
6. Rebend back the sheet metal.
7. Sketch points on the sheet metal to create holes as per the drawing requirements and select hole command to create hole on the created points.
8. Conclusion : Finally the bracket design is completed.
