WEEK 10 - Challenge 1 - RIBS AND SCREW BOSS CREATION

AIM

1. To create a door handle from the given CLASS A surface.
2. Create a TOOLING AXIS for the given class.
3. To create a CLASS B surface from CLASS A.
4. To create CLASS C surface and join with CLASS B and CLASS A surface.
5. Make a DRAFT ANALYSIS.
6. Then make a RIBS AND SCREW BOSS with reference of the given dimensions and design calculations.
7. Then make a DRAFT ANALYSIS for the final product after creating RIBS AND SCREW BOSS.

CLASS A SURFACE

CREATE A TOOLING AXIS FOR THE GIVEN CLASS

CREATE A CLASS B SURFACE FROM CLASS A

CLASS C SURFACE JOIN WITH CLASS A AND B

DRAFT ANALYSIS FOR CLASS C SURFACE

There is a prblem in CLASS A surface so we can proceed with the CLASS A.
