Underbody Coating

under body coating:-

1) under body coating provides long term protection from corrosion to cars under body.

2) it also protects parts like internal body pannels frame rails and inner cavities that are not physically accessible but are prone to corrossion

Rubberized undercoating is easy to apply and generally offers the best protective coating for cars under carriages.it cushions surface against moisture,rust,dings and dents.Rubberized coatings is safe to use on quarter pannel and wheel well and dries a soft rubbery finish

2)Asphalt based underbody coating:-

Asphalt based underbody coating offers a high level of protection suitable for large trucks,reworked vehicles and heavy mechinary,its formlated with bits of rubberized material to aid in noise reduction,and it is not paintable

3)Polyurethene underbody coating:-

it is a easy to apply and works by sealing up cracks and seems.the compound displaces salt and moisture and protects the unoxidixed metal from rust.however it requires some surface preparation,work before application like degreasing

4) Wax or paraffin based underbody coating:-

Wax or paraffin based coatings sparys are the cheapest and quickest options available and their results dont last long,and may have to apply fresh coat after only a few months in addition the wax isnt every adhesive on metal surface ,it main adavantage is that seeps qucikly into cracks and seams
