AIM : Models Checking, Proper Mid surfacing, Good Mesh Flow, No OFF elements, Thickness Assignment of the Models.

PROCEDURE :

clearing all errors and making the geomentry clean and suitable for midsurface extraction.

extracting the midsurface using offset option

MESHING

setting the mesh parameters and meshing the model as per quality requirement

Quality criteria is failing at certain elements due to triple cons and surfaces meeting

THICKNESS ASSIGNMENT

Assigning specific thickness to all parts of the model using Set PID

RESULT :

The models are checked, meshed and thickness has been assigned successfully.
