Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit

1. Major elemnts : BATTERY, STARTOR, BREAKER,DISTRUBUTOR, GENERATOR, FUSE,GROUND ,SWITCH etc

A. BATTERY: Is the device which stores the chemical energy and converts into electric energy.the chemical reaction in the battery involves the flow of electrons thats provides an electric current that can be used to do work.

b.GENERATOR:Is the device which is used to produce the electric energy,which can be stored in batteries ore directly supply to the homes,shopes,industry etc.

c.FUSE:is the safety device which is used to provide protection against the overflow of currentn in an electric circuit.An important component of an fuse is a metal wire or strip that melts when excess current flows through it.

4. assuming 12V battery,

500w/12v=41.66A,

100Ah/41.66A=2hr,8mint

200Ah/41.66A=4hr,8mint

personally i wouldnt use the less than 200Ahr for better long term life of battery,

5. HEADLIGHTS , HORN ,PARKING LAMP,etc becouse advantages is to contineus use of element if one headlight is burns out the other one is keep shining.ie the voltage is same across each component of the parallel circuit.

6. BATTERY,STATOR,DISTRUBUTOR,etc because when two batteries are connected in series the potential(voltage) are added it mean increase the voltage.ie the voltage is divided across each component of the series circuit.
