Project 2

Aim:

To route the wiring harness on given backdoor and prepare flatten view using catia v5.

Procedure:

1. first i have got guidance how to do the project 2( back door) from technical team.
2. then i have searched some back door wiring in google search

Before that I have to tell that have know

1. Indicator, tail lamb, reverse light
2. Door sensor (wheather the door is open or closed)
3. Wiper
4. Back camera, reverse sensor
5. and then what I have searched
6. Back door lock

So the challenging things after I started routing is placing the clips and connector in appropriate places

For the routing It should placed in correct position where wire should not slack or disturb other surface of the door.

So we use the fir tree clip to hang the wiring and route to necessary places.

After placing the connectors and clips I started routing

during routing it is good to change the position and orientation for our convience

After routing i have started check the connectivity

and then i start to cover the bundle

only on first bundle it need to have corogutive tube rest of need tapes.

finally i flatten the bundle in wiring harness flatten
