Project 1 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel

Aim- To mesh the given component.

Objective- To extract the mid surface and mesh the given component with the given quality criteria.

Procedure- 

1. Import the given model.

2. Apply the topo for the model.

3. check for the geometery errors and fix them 

Maual fix those errors which are not auto fixed.

4.  Extract the mid surface from the model.

5. Set the PID for the components.

6. Set the element quality criteria.

7. Mesh the given component.

Fix the quality of the mesh.

Result- The given component was succesfully mesh with the given quality criteria.

 

 Conclusion- In this project we have extracted the mid surface from the component and meshed the mid surface with assigning the appropriate PID and quality criteria.
