2. AIM:- Using Revit and the project used from week 6 to 8 prepare a schedule for the following
a. Walls
b. Doors
c. Windows
d. Material – Concrete/Wood
PROCEDURE:-
STEP-1:-
- INITIALLY open the architectural model created previously
- go to view tab
- than schedules and schedule quantities

STEP-2:-
- Choose the wall category whose schedule is to be formed

STEp-3:-
- Select the parameters to be considered for the walls

step-4:-WALLS schedule is prepared as shown below

STEP-5 :- PREPAring the Door schedule

STEP-7:-
- Now, select the parameters to be considered for doors.

STEP-8
- Door schedule is given as:

STEP-9 :- PREPARING the window schedule

STEP-10 :- select the parameters for the windows

STEP_11 :- window schedule is prepared as shown below

STEP-12:- PREPARING schedule for any material - concrete /wood

STEP-13 :- preparing floor material takeoff

STEp-14 :- select the parameters required for floor

STEP-15 :- FLoor material takeoff isschedule is prepared

3) AIM:-Using Revit Calculate area and volume of each room in the model with appropriate room tags applied to each room. Prepare a schedule report for area and volume of each room.
PROCEDURE:-
STEP-1:-
- GO to view tab
- THAN open schedule and schedule quantities

STEP-2 :-SELECT the parameters required for the room schedule

STEP-3 :- room schedule is prepared as shown below

4) AIM:- Using the same schedule using the unit cost rate for materials available in the internet, prepare total cost of materials used in the project
a. Total Cost of Materials
b. Individual Material Take off
PROCEDURE:-
STEP-1:-
- INITIALLY open the architectural model created previously
- go to view tab
- than schedules and schedule quantities

STEP-2:-
- Choose the wall category whose schedule is to be formed

STEp-3:-
- Select the parameters to be considered for the walls

STEp-4 :- cost parameter is to be added
- TOTal cost is also to be added
- calculate the quantities by given belwo formula

step-5:- wall schedule with total cost is prepared

STEP-6 :-
EP-9 :- PREPARING the window schedule

STEP-7 :- select the parameters for the windows

STEP_8 :- window schedule is prepared as shown below

STEP-9:- PREPAring the Door schedule

- Door schedule is given as:

STEP-12:- PREPARING schedule for any material - concrete /wood

STEP-13 :- preparing floor material takeoff

STEp-14 :- select the parameters required for floor

STEp-15:_ adding cost parameter along with total cost
calculate by formaula given belwo

STEp-16 :-
- PREPARING SCHEDULE FOR furniture material takeoff

STEP -17 :- select all the parameters and prepare the schedule
