Photo Realistic Rendering
Title of the Project : Designing and Photo Realistic Rendering of American Chopper.
Objective :
- Design various type of parts using different type of tools and commands.
- Assemble all the parts.
- Photo Realistic Rendering.
Introduction : This report contains an overall view of american chopper. The challenge here is to design the chopper with proper dimension and geometric constraints. Also here we learn about different types of tools and commands, e.g. line, circle, spline, extrude, revolve, fillet, chamfer, etc.
Design methodology/approach :

Description : (Need to explain tools/ Features used while designing) along with the images of Part files.
- Transmission Belt : In this part we see mainly two commands, boss-extrude and fillet.

- Kick Stand : In this part we used some more important commands, e.g., loft, split, cut-extrude and dome.

- Front Fender : In addition to the above commands, we see one more important command, revolve.

- Rear Fender : In this part we see one more important command, shell.

- Oil Tank : We use such commands to create this part like, boss-extrude, fillet, shell. Now here we can see a feature used while designing. It is combine, it generally use to combine two or more solid bodies.

- Stand/Pedal : In addition to the above commands, we see the use of chamfer command here. Also we see the use of Linear-pattern command here.

- Chain : In addition to the above commands, we see the use of commands like, curve-pattern, mirror.

- Front Wheel : In addition to the above commands, we see the use of commands like, cut-revolve, circular-pattern.

- Rear wheel : Just like front wheel, we see the same commands he

- Front Fork : In addition to the above commands, we see the use of sweep command here

- Chassis : It is the main structure of the chopper which holds the others parts of the chopper. Here we see the above mentioned commands.

- Engine : It is the most complicated part of the chopper. Here we see all of the above mentioned commands. Also here we learn to use a new feature; composite curve (combination of curves).

- Gas Tank : In this part we see the use of commands like, surface sweep (surfaces that are generated from a section curve positioned along a path), surface loft (Surfaces created by multiple 3D curves or existing edges create a smooth tangency between selected curves), surface knit (combine two or more faces and surfaces into one), surface trim, boundary-surface, surface-extrude, etc.

Conclusion : This is how I designed the American Chopper using different tools and commands, and photo realistic rendering performed by Solidworks Visualize (2018).
