According to NBC height should not exceed 15m
But our height is 6m (Satisfied)
Area-
Area shouldnt less than 40 sqm in small and medium town
Our area is more than 40sqm
Size of rooms-
Total room should not be less than 9m2
Ours rooms are greater than the code
Wall height-
Our height is 3m greater than all mim heights
Thickness-
Our thickness is 8" greater than table 2 in code (satisfied)
Passage way-

Depends on width and height
