3 types of fender regulation followed in the fender design,

Japan rgulation
In each of the regulation we considering for the measurement in ferder in the same of the place notation of this is 'L' and 'a' is used for the demension in the each of the regulation.
In japan regulation that we are measure in forward and rearward of the central axis of axis of wheel.
In this case all the 2 point of distance is should in greater then the 5mm and both the 30 deg and 50 deg.
European regulation
In this european regulation we measuring the 5 point of the fender and the one point is rearward 150mm distance is given to the center axis of the wheel.
That spilt point is 30 deg and 50 deg of the central axis of 90 deg in the forward and rearward of the wheel.
In this european regulation we should folloe the distance in 10mm.
US regulation
Make a clearance details on all the points 100 to 100 deg.
All the values should be greater then 5mm
The value 'a' should be in forward 30 deg and rearward 50 deg from the central vertical axis of axis of wheel.

in this fender design is need to change the dimension of the fender arc for the european regulation in above 10mm for each measurement,
point 2,3,4,5 is should chance for european regulation.
