Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge
Fender wheel arch calculation :-
In this challenge we need to calculat distance between tire and wheel arch area wheather it is correct or wrong . we set measurement criteria wich name as European standard.
There are 3 main type of standard
- Japan standard regulation
- European standard regulation
- US standard regulation
- Japan standard regulation:-
japan have there own regulation to car . in this tchnic we need to calculate L which shown in figure . the value of L should greater than 5mm than only it complete the criteria . tha value should calculate at specific angle as shown in figure.
2. European standard regulation:-
Europe standard regulation is shown in figure we need to calculate value of L at specific angle and measurement . The value of L should greater then 10mm at angle of 30 ,50 and distance of 150 mm from horizontal X axis. we use this technic.
3. US standard regulation :-
This technic is use by US to full fill requinment of front fender wheel arch of car. the value of L should greater thn 5mm .the value for L is calculated at specific angle which are show in figure. -30,30,45,60,90,120,135,150 degrees .
WE use European regulation to calculate value of L .the design of wheel arch is given by design team

From over all result fender does not go under European regulation. fender wheel arch need to re-design.
