Fender Design

Fender :-

Fender is part of car which locate side of bumper .

fender protect engine compartment.

fender provide aesthetic look to car and give aerodynamic shape to car front .

There are 2 types of fender

1. Half bumper type fender :-

Half type bumper fender is used in nowdays cars. its manufacturing cost is low . it is manufacture in such way that the waste of material is very less.

2. Full bumper type Fender :-

Full bumper tpe is used in old cars . as its name the bumper is full in shhape . the manufacturing cost of this bumper is more. the waste material is more in quantity the half bumper type

In this Assignment we need to creat mounting on fender which we get fron designe team. there are 5 type of mount

1. Sill mount:-

sill mount is locate bottom end of fender

2. Bumper mount:-

Bumper mount is locate on front of fender . it connect front bumper and fender.

3. Baffel mount :-

Baffel mount is mount where we attach wheel cover .

4. A pillar mount :-

A-pillar mount is mount connect the fender to A-pillr of car .

5. Drip mount :-

Drip mount is very important mount Which connect Fender to main chasis of car .it also connect to bumper .
