Calculate the Wheel Arch gap at required points and check whether the car passes the European standard.

European Standard

Every Country or Region regulates the standers of automobile industries. These Standers enhance passenger and even Pedestrian safety. These standers and regulations will defer depending on the country's Road Condition, People Density, and Average Speed limits.

Hence the Europen Countries follow below standers in car wheel arch design.

In Europe Standards L value should be a minimum of 10mm. The wheel shoud be inside the fender.
