Fender Design Challenge
AIM Design of fender drip area ,Sill mount, Bumper Mount and A-Pillar mount creation according to the Engineering standard following the master section give.
DESCRIPTION DESIGN OF VRONT FENDER FROM GIVEN CLASS A SURFACE .
FRONT FENDER is the part of the car body which protects mainly the engine compartment & as wheel protection Fender is the American English term for the part of an automobile, motorcycle or other vehicle body that frames a wheel well (the fender underside). Its primary purpose is to prevent sand, mud, rocks, liquids, and other road spray from being thrown into the air by the rotating tire.
Fenders are typically rigid and can be damaged by contact with the road surface.
Sticky materials, such as mud, may adhere to the smooth outer tire surface, while smooth loose objects, such as stones, can become temporarily embedded in the tread grooves as the tire rolls over the ground. These materials can be ejected from the surface of the tire at high velocity as the tire imparts kinetic energy to the attached objects. For a vehicle moving forward, the top of the tire is rotating upward and forward, and can throw objects into the air at other vehicles or pedestrians in front of the vehicle.

FENDER DRIP AREA. IS MOUNTER AT ENGINE COMPARTMENT.
Bolt the inner fender panels on with two nut and bolts on each side at the firewall. '63 - '67 inner fender panels will hang free (stay in place) at this time. Install one screw at the drip rail (each side of the hood opening) fastening the inner fender panel to the front end.

BUMPER MOUNT AREA. THE BUMPER IS FIXED TO THE FENDER WITH THIS MOUNTING HOLES WITH THE CLIPS SO THAT NO UGLY AREA INSIDE THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT IS VISIBLE .
A PILLAR MPOUNT AREA.
THIS AREA IS MOUNTED AT THE BODYSIDE OF THE BIW
SILL MOUNT AREA. THIS IS THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE BODY PART
BAFFER MOUNT AREA.
THIS IS WHEEL ARCH AREA WHWRE THW MUD GAURD PROTECTOR IS ATTACHED THIS SIDE.
