Report

Step1 import the cad part from the portal, then the creating offset curve from the egde of flange .

Step 2 for this used for the making mounting for duffle , drip and sill etc.drip mounting is make with the regulation because of the tool assablity and clear vision for the fastner in engine compartment.

Step 3 creating the drip mount for the mounting and it used for the curve on surface tool to make the curve and trim it for the required poision of the flange in that using the law extand.

Step 4 using the law extand tool to make a exand sheet from the flange that is giving some angle of the sheet visiablity.

Step 5 And giving the fillet of the all sharp edges, then next is creating the emboss for the purpose of increasing the local strenght of the material.

Step6 All the mounting are created same like this sill mounting , a piller mounting bumper mounting etc.

Step 7 in drip is in 200 mm for the distance because of viber mounter is ther in poisition of the car.bumber mounting are created by bumber design team for the required place.
