Creation of axis: Due to the complexity of this part we have taken two tooling axis means we have to use the side core, Make sure that the tooling axis is clearing the draft

Class B Creation:
For class b first, extract the walls and offset them by 2.5mm because the part thickness is 2.5mm, and trim them as required.

Then extract the bottom face untrim it, offset it and trim it with walls as required.

Extract the top Face and sidewall and give fillet to it (fillet value for inside will be fillet – thickness of the part)

Extract other flat face and do same, then by using multi extract the curve of the filet line

Sweep this curve along the line which is tangent to both fillets. Then extract the upper edge.

Give blend between these to curve surface.

Join the blend with the two curves and trim it with other faces as required.

Trim this with the wall  which was created previously

Give fillets on the edges as required but make sure that the thickness of the part will be uniform, give fillet value accordingly.

Class C creation:
Extract the boundary by multi extract and sweep it with the tooling axis

Trim it with the Class B Surface. Trim it with the Class B Surface.

Creation of Plastic body:

Go to the part design workbench and use a close surface it will make it a solid plastic body.

Draft analysis:
Now do the draft analysis with both axes.
