Door Arm Rest
Aim: To create the door arm rest from the given Class A surface and to perform the draft analysis.
Input Surfaces:

Methodology:
- First, step to create a plastic component from a Class A surface, is to check the quality of the class A. Check for any open profile and check for the boundry of the surface, it should not be open at any point.
- Secondly, start for the creation of the Tooling axis. Try to clear the whole surface in a single tooling axis. If not possible, go about creating the side core tooling axis, etc.
- After, creating the tooling axis, start working on the creation of Class B surface and Class C surface.
- When, done with the surface creation, trim all the surface together to form the closed surface.
- Then, convert the closed surface into a solid plastic body.
- Perform the draft analysis on the component.
Tooling Axis:
Main Tooling Axis:
To create the main tooling axis, use the adjascent surfaces as reference and create it using lines and bisection as shown in the figure attached below:

Draft Analysis of Class A with Main Tooling Axis:

From the above shown picture it is clear that not all surfaces are being cleared in the main tooling axis. Therefore, we will create another tooling axis for the erroneous area.
Side Core Tooling Axis:
Use adjascent surface as reference, use surface intersections to find out the required profiles. Try creating lines and bisections to find out the required tooling axis for side core.

Class B Surface Creation:
For creating Class B surface, extract surfaces using class A, untrim, extrapolate and offset the required surfaces.
After making the required surfaces trim all of the together, to form the Class B.

NOTE: In above picture Blue color surface is Class A surface and Yellow surface is Class B.
Class C Creation:
To create the class C surface, all the edges of Class A will be swept along the tooling direction. Different operations such as multi-section and join can be used to create the surfaces.

Creation of Closed Cody:
To create the closed body, all the three surfaces, i.e., CLASS A, CLASS B and CLASS C are trimmed together as shown below:
