Door Armrest Creation:

Initially we have to check the surface quality with the help of boundary option, which found ok.

Create the tooling axis currently situation for clearing the tooling direction we have to clear first main tooling by placing the compass on the surface where the face at the top direction lock at current orientation create the point on the surface.

After that, create the line with the direction of compass of required length.

Checking the draft analysis found ok with the both axis.

Like the same way above, create the side core axis.

Class B surface:

First extract the class ‘A’ surface untrim the required surface & offset it. After that edge filet the surface by calculating from the class A surface.

Side fillet area is found to be little complicated which does not have any flat surface to extract it extrapolate it & then create a surface.

So the line in the middle has to be extracted & the creating a sketch intersect the class A & create the part tangential line.

Sweep it the surface along the line to form a surface & ensure that part should intersect the upper & sidewall surface.

Extract the surface & untrim it split it by form the line on the surface. After form a blind option to get connected to the surface. Finally join it.

For other surfaces, follow the same rules as above.

Class C surface:

Firstly try to extract the straight line where the surface & sweep it which is easy to sweep after that use curve option to connection between the surface then use multi section option.

After forming the entire surface, join it.

Trim all the surface & join it ensure the complete surface.

Shift to part work bench in which used close surface to form a solid.

Now checking the part with the draft analysis tool in which major area does not satisfy the draft condition due to complexity of part & require more mould forming arrangement.
