Procedure:

Benchmarking: Benchmarking involves a structural comparison between similar products, services or processes on some dimensions of performance. For example, it can be used to compare the availability and delivery of features in a product and in this form often provides the basis for consumer tests and reviews. these look at products and services and provide recommendations based on which is best or some form of ranking amongst competitors.

Benchmarking remains an important tool within this framework and continues to provide the motivation for change in many sectors.

Benchmarking means comparison, it's a method that allows companies to compare their products, performance and service to top competitors.

It's a process of measuring the performance of companies products, and services against those of another business considered to be the best in the industry or "best in class".

There are 4 types of Benchmarking:

  • Internal Benchmarking
  • External Benchmarking
  • Performance Benchmarking
  • Practice Benchmarking

    Interior

The brand offers two colour tones (beige with black or all-black) and a choice of two upholstery options (leatherette or semi leatherette) with Sonet. Besides this, the updated Sonet gets side airbags and a tyre pressure monitoring system as standard across the range. Some entry-level and mid-level trims have also benefited from new features, such as a new 4.2-inch instrument cluster, BA, HAC, ESC, and VSM. Meanwhile, it comes with a new Kia Connect logo, rear-seat back folding knob, and redesigned inside rearview mirror with a Kia Connect button.

    Good Things
    • Solid road presence - A strong shoulder line, flashy grille and the large wheels
    • Feature loaded - Top trims get lots of modern equipment/extravagant music player
    • Quality interiors - Good quality with appreciable fit/finish, favourable ergonomics
    • Modern powertrains - The line-up consists of ultra-refined and efficient engines
    • Smooth gearboxes - The transmissions offer convenience and are a breeze to use
    • Spacious cabin, big boot
    • Fuel-efficient engines
    • Ease of driving
    • A lifestyle-oriented theme with unique design elements
    • Reasonably priced
    • Only crossover vehicle in its segment
    • Flamboyant styling - Great concoction of modern/youthful looks with a rugged stance
    • Refined motors/gearboxes - Peppy/smooth performance, good refinement, frugal
    • Easy to drive - Compact size, steering that's light with reasonable feedback
    • Good quality - Quality and fit/finish are on par with segment expectations
    • Boot capacity - Reasonably sized boot good for occupants to last seven days
    Could be Better
    • Rear seat space - It isn’t airy, seating three on the bench is a tight affair
    • Firm ride quality - Road irregularities are noticeably felt, bounces at higher speed
    • Costly top trims - For the money, one can opt for a lower variant on the Creta
    • Fit and finish in lower areas of the cabin
    • The rear headroom is tight for tall occupants
    • Limited variants and engine options
    • Key features absent across the range
    • Firm ride quality - Never feels settled, bounces at high speeds under full load
    • Rear seat space - The rear bench is a squeeze for anything more than two adults
    • Rear visibility - Is hampered by the chunky C-pillars and compact rear windscreen

    Conclusion:

From the above comparison, we can go Honda Amaze as it sedan car with a high capacity of boot space and also come with a CVT with automatic transmission. Engine efficiency is also pretty much good compared to other goods. But the cost is 15k more than the 10 Lakh budget but it ok to spend 15K more, if you are getting a sedan car with a spacious cabin and CTV model.

As per my suggestion, I prefer to go for Honda Amaze among the above cars.
