Benchmarking

Benchmarking is the process of setting references for a research or study process. The setting of reference is based on different types of criteria. The reference is set based on the lead performers of the same product or service in the current market. Based on this reference line, the product or service is measured. The process helps to determine the current market status and the competitors in the market.
