To suggest Mr.D.S.Phghazhyendhii with options so that he will buy a good car for his family.

Its the process of comparing ones business process and business performance metrics to industries bests/or best practices from other industries.Also it can be defined as the way of discovering what i the best performance being achieved-whether in a particular company,by a competitor or by entirely different industry.this info can then be used to identify gaps in an organisation processes to achieve a competitive advantage.
