Statement:-His Family comprises five members including his wife, a five-year-old boy, his father, and his mother.
Inference:-His family comprises five members it means that he need 5 seater car having good rating of safety.
Statement:-He visits his native place Madurai which is 500kms away from Bangalore once a month. He will be using his car to commute to his office.
Inference:-He is going to travel 500 kms every month means in a year he will go to madurai 12 times in a day and if we take some tolerance i.e around 1 or two times may be less or more in a year means he can visit his native place 10-14 times a year with family. So the mileage will be the concern i.e 19-20 kmpl will be best for him in case if he decide to buy petrol car.In case of Diesel car he will get more mileage but since his car runs 1000 kms once in a month I will suggest him to buy petrol car instead of diesel car because Diesel car has more maintenance cost than petrol and secondly he is going to use his car to commute office,Also the cost of diesel car will be more than the petrol version of same car.
