The general meaning of the Bench-Marking is the comparison between similar products of different variants.It mainly focuses on the analysis of various technical properties including studying process flows, operating system, process technologies and the operation of target firms and departments.
So the main application of the Bench-Marking is that to produce "Best in class" quality varients among the competitors.So,there should be a casestudy to be conducted during this process.
