What is Benchmarking ?

It is the process of comparing one's business process and performance metrics to industries bests and/or best practises from other industries.Process benchmarking includes studying process flows, operating system, process technologies and the operation of target firms and departments.

Also it can be defined as the benchmarking process is a process in which all the different steps are included which helps all the companies from similar or different work field find out their strengths and weakness.

Importance of Benchmarking:

Benchmarking is a widely used global management process, which is very helpful for organization development and success. But still, most of the industries do not use the benchmarking process as an efficient tool to boost their performance and productivity.

• Lack of customer satisfaction ( some time the improvemevt has to be not work out in market due price ,profit wise)

Pughazhyendhii families,they car have all updated safety equipment(automated draiving mode, crash safty things, navigation facility , good interior structure), as well as the familes use each month to long drive ,so it have good mileage and easy to maintenance, the safety rating of NCAP, crash rating is good
