Procedure

1. Sketch in YZ plane. Make a full sketch
2. Create another sketch in XY plane
3. Now make the sketch in XY plane into conture flange
4. You can keep the sketch in YZ plane and use normal cut out to remove the unwanted areas
5. Create a hole using unbend
6. Create a Gusset on the bend of the flange

Conclusion

Hence Bracket is formed using NX11
