Objective

To model sheet metal bracket in NX and write report on the same

Introduction

In sheet metal, generally enclosures, casing and brackets are made.

Design methodology / approach (To be explained with the help of Flowcharts only)

Description (Need to explain tools/ Features used while designing)

Sketch the bracket by using contour flange

Cut the portion as shown in drawing using normal cutout

Holes are created using hole command

Bracket is then unbend

Bead is designed according to dimensions provided

Bracket is then rebend

Corners are smothened using break corner

Upload a min of four screenshots of Model in the report. (Front View, Side View, Isometric View and the Top View)
