I have worked in the automotive industry as a Design Engineer for at least 4 years and currently I am working as a Simulation Engineer ( Process Engineer ) in same field. I have learnt lot of things in my design and simulation career about the fixtures made for BIW industry in Europe with German standards. As a Process Engineer I have worked as - Teaching robots to simulate the BIW fixtures and geting the task done in defined cycle time. Investigating the tools from design in cell, checking the reachability of robots to the particular working area. Give solutions to the customer by investigating the desired tool in cell and demanding for the accurate changes to reach the goals. As a design Engineer - 1. Design engineer working in various tasks of the projects like Concepts, Plant feed backs, Panel documentation, Quality Check 3D finish of tools with 2D QC of drawings. 2. Panel red green comparison and modification of tools accordingly. 3. Experience in BIW fixture assembly and BIW assembly as per European Standards. Knowledge of GD&T and fixtures, grippers for side body as well as closures. Knowledge of 3-2-1 principle. 4. Giving training to freshers as per new industry standards for projects.
