Industry Projects

Our projects are designed by experts in the industry to reflect industry standards. By working through our projects, Learners will gain a practical understanding of what they will take on at a larger-scale in the industry. In total, there are 2 Projects that are available in this program.

Developing the Schedule for the Construction of Police Station Building

During this projectwork, the learners will develop a schedule for the "Construction of Police Station Building" based on the activity list. This is done by planning and scheduling the task using work breakdown structure. Further, the critical activities are analyzed considering the total float criteria.

Planning and Scheduling of the Township Development

In this project, the learners will work on the strategy, planning, and scheduling of the township development in a major area. This is done by identifying and meeting the stakeholders within the given circumstances and constraints. Also, they will analyse the project's WBS, activities, sequence, and critical path for proper scheduling.
