Wiring harness routing & packaging Rules Week 3 Challenge

 1.P-clamp

• CAD file is downloaded and saved as CATpart.
• Created points and plane with in the part workbench, For defining support part.
• Support definition is done for two times, For defining two entry points.(we can put the wire to the clamp through both sides)
• A catalogue Document is created for clamps.

Atlast the p-clamp is stored to the catalogue family Clamps.

2. Tyco 1738312-1 

• Points and axis systems are created for defining the bundle connection point and Back shell connection point.
• The figure below represents the definition of the backshell connection point.

after Defining the part as electrical component stored in to the catalogue document created for the Backshells.

3. Corrugated Tubes

15mm COT(12mm inner dia and thickness 1.5mm)

similarly,

20mm COT

35mm COT

10mm COT

5mm COT

All the tubes are stored to the catalogue family Slit_COT.

Below picture shows storing the device(COT_5mm) to the Catalogue Document Created for the Corrugated tubes.
