Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

1. all the connectors are electrically defined - bundle connection points and connector connection points are defined. they are added in the catalogue.

2. they are then imported into a CATProduct.

3. geometric bundle is defined for CATProduct.

4. multi branchable is defined and according to the distances given in the above image, branchables are added.

5. protective coverings are also added on all branches connected to DT06-2S & DT06-4S connectors. these are COT_tubes 10 mm diameters.

6. the main branchable joining DT60-08SA to DT06-6S is 10 mm in diameter.

7. other branchables are 5 mm in diameter.

8. all the bundle connection points are joined.

9. branchables have properties of bend radius 1.5 times the diamter, no slack, a cirve constrain and straight line as tangent direction with automatic offset management at creation.
