Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Route the following harness layout in the Electrical workbench. Make assumptions for harness bundle diameters. Use the following connectors as shown in the layout diagram.

Add protective covering on all branches connected to DT06-2S & DT06-4S connectors. Keep end extremity at 30mm (from connectors end)

Convecting the Mechanical part into the Electrical part for that I have followed the steps.

The following STEPS were defined for all the connectors:

Connector connection point

bundle connection point

axis system at the connector connection point

define all the connectors as electrical components

The connectors were assembled as per the given LAYOUT Diagram.

by using the Manipulation command, compass, to navigate the connector to the desired location as per the layout design

Creations of the Multi-branching to all the Connectors

defined the connection to join between the connectors by using the routing defined with a proper distance of the sub-branches connectors also

Creations of the protective coverings on the Routed braches with appropriate size COT_Tubes

Protective coverings were added to the harness assembly.
