Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Route the following harness layout in Electrical workbench. Make assumption for harness bundle diameters. Use Following connectors as shown in layout diagram.

Add protective covering on all branches connected to DT06-2S & DT06-4S connectors. Keep end extremity at 30mm (from connectors end)

First we all download required file for connectors from te.com

Then do the required properties for a connector to make an electrical component.

Next go for the new product for a wiring harness assembly.

Add all the required connectors in the product

All the required connectors added in to the assembly

Set the connectors in its place in assembly work bench.

Then make the assembly as a electrical geometrical bundle in ELECTRICAL HARNESS ASSEMBLY work bench.

Join the connectors as shown in fig.

Add productive covering on the harness

And the final assembly looks like.
